To book this virtual event you’ll pay the $750 booking fee today as your deposit. This deposit will secure your event date and time and also cover the first 10 attendees. After your event you will be sent an invoice for each additional attendee at $30 per person.
For example if you have 23 attendees, your total would be $1,140. You’d pay $750 today (your deposit and the first 10 attendees) and be billed $390 ($30 per person for the 13 additional attendees) after your event has taken place.
This ensures that you’ll never overpay for attendees that don’t show up on the day of the event.
